I came up through addiction treatment from the inside — direct patient care, recovery coaching, alumni programming, crisis intervention — before moving into business development at the VP level inside a hospital system, where I co-built a non-narcotic medical detox service line and secured first-in-market commercial reimbursement for ketamine infusions for psychiatric indications. I've sat in the staff meetings. I understand census pressure, utilization review, parity, MAT integration, and what it takes to run an ethical program. That changes the conversations I can have with founders, and it changes the diligence I run before a target reaches a client. With federal investigations and congressional scrutiny reshaping how sponsors have to think about post-acquisition quality, screening for clinical and cultural fit isn't optional anymore.
Not a broker or banker. We don't represent sellers, manage deal processes, or take success fees tied to transaction close.
Not a marketing agency. No advertising, SEO, or lead generation programs.
Not a transaction advisor. Our work ends when a qualified target is introduced.
And we don't accept engagements where origination is separated from clinical and cultural diligence.
