I've spent my career on both sides of the deal table, and I started at the bottom of it. My first job in the industry was washing dishes at a treatment center in the Texas Hill Country. I've been in recovery since 2014, and I worked my way up from direct patient care to VP of Business Development at an eight-location hospital system, where I co-built the state's first non-narcotic medical detox service line and secured first-in-market commercial insurance reimbursement for ketamine therapy for psychiatric care.

Then I moved to the buy side. At a lower-middle-market home services platform I sat on the sourcing side of 15 completed acquisitions in nine months — growth that carried the company from $7M to $68M in revenue. I've since built acquisition pipelines representing more than $500M in enterprise value across healthcare, senior care, and home services.

Today I run Acquisition Pipeline Systems, a fractional executive practice. I structure companies to go to market and build acquisition into a primary growth driver rather than an afterthought, across cashless mergers and roll-up structures, debt restructuring and debt facilities, and investor and private equity relations. I bring in fractional CMOs, CFOs, CLOs, and CTOs as a team when an engagement calls for it. Current engagements include a multi-state commercial roofing platform and a behavioral health program launching in Colorado. My partners and I are also building a home services holding company designed to buy and hold rather than flip — keeping owners in their businesses while the platform adds technology, shared infrastructure, and deliberate cross-referral between verticals.

I live in Georgetown, Texas, where I serve as a Georgetown ISD Ambassador, mentor students across the district, and serve as president of the Raye McCoy Elementary PTA. I speak regularly on entrepreneurship, business development, mental health and recovery, and what buyers actually pay for.
